How Much Is The Total Charge Per Closed Transaction?

Flat Broker Fee Plan: The Broker Fee for Standard real estate transactions is $500 + $135.00 for Risk Management per million of the final sales price. Please take a look at the Fee Schedule for our High Risk Transaction Fees and Optional Service Add-On Fees.
Capped Broker Fee Plan: The Broker standard fee per closed real estate transaction is 8% of the commission; plus a fee for Risk Management. The Broker Fee for Standard and Non-Standard transactions falls under the REeBroker Group $15K cap based on the agent’s join date or switch date. After reaching the cap within the 365-day period, you will only pay the Risk Management fee per transaction for the remainder of that period. How Soon Do I Get Paid After An Escrow Has Been Closed?

With an accepted file and broker permission, you may be paid directly, as soon as escrow is closed.
Can I Negotiate My Commissions With Clients?

Yes! You are free to set your own sales commissions, as long as the minimum broker fee for the transaction is met. Broker fees are based on a minimum agency commission of 2.5%. See minimum agent commission requirements on the Fee Schedule.
How Do I Get Broker Support?

Broker assistance is provided through our website, via e-mail at [email protected], or by phone 760-722-3222. We also have a broker hotline number found in your agent tools for after-hour assistance for issues that cannot wait until the next business day.
Where can I get CAR / real estate transaction forms?

All of the forms are updated on the CAR zipforms! Please login into car.org and go into your transaction - zipforms. Your local association should have emailed your account information once you paid the CAR, NAR, and Local Association dues.

What About the Board Of REALTOR® Memberships And MLS Access?

REeBroker Group is a member of the C.A.R., NAR, and many local boards. Each agent is required to obtain their REALTOR® status and their own MLS access. How Do I Know What’s Required For My Transaction?

Are My Clients Free To Use Any Lender, Title Company, Or Escrow Company For Their Transactions?

Yes. We have a team of streamlined vendors (including Loan Origination) but they are free to use service providers of their choice. If your clients need a preapproval they can apply with the REeBroker Group Loan Division by completing this application.
Do you accept part-time agents?

Yes, we accept part-time and dual career agents.
Do you have offices in Northern California?

The REeBroker Group corporate office is located in Southern California. However, we have many active agents working in Northern California. All of our agents work remotely as there is no requirement to come into the office. All real estate activity has to be reported through the brokerage website and zoom meetings are available for any face-to-face conversations.
Can I Use A Local Source For Business Cards, Business Signs, And Materials?

Yes! As long as your marketing materials (PDF can be found on our Document Library under Marketing Guidelines) have our trademark logo and your DRE license number, you are free to purchase them from wherever you choose. If your marketing material contains more than basic contact information, Broker’s approval is required. Please see our Marketing Hub for more information!
Do I need to join an association in order to do real estate transactions?

Yes! To do real estate activity, you would need to join a Local Association. To your local association (not the brokerage), you would pay CAR and NAR dues including the local association dues with MLS access.
With all that access, you would receive real estate forms and MLS where you can list and search for properties.
Do we have online lead generation tutorials?

Yes, the REeBroker Group has on-demand video training and live monthly webinars focused on training agents in all aspects of the real estate industry including Lead Generation.
Do you provide Leads?

Yes, REeBroker Group has an online lead generating program that agents can opt-in to. You can select up to 10 zip codes and 5 cities to receive leads as the brokerage office receives them. Please note that these leads are not guaranteed as some zip codes and areas may have a larger volume than others. The REeBroker Group does have 18+ Master Agreements with varying companies that qualifying agents may sign up with to receive additional leads.
If I bring in agents to join the company, do I receive anything?
