  1. How Much Is The Total Charge Per Closed Transaction?
    You will only pay $500 in broker fees and the remainder of the commission is yours! We charge a small risk management fee of $135.00 (per million per agency).  Over a million property transactions, Dual and AOP transactions have a different fee structure. You can find details on the Fee Schedule.
  1. Where can I get the new CAR forms for the settlement?
    All of the forms are updated on the CAR zipforms! Please login into car.org and go into your transaction - zipforms.

  1. What real estate activities are authorized under the LFRO waiver?
    The only activity authorized under the LFRO waiver is for brokers and licensees to refer clients and customers to the brokerage.
  1. How Soon Do I Get Paid After An Escrow Has Been Closed?
    With an accepted file and broker permission, you may be paid directly, as soon as escrow is closed.

    1. Can I Negotiate My Commissions With Clients?
      Yes! You are free to set your own sales commissions, as long as the minimum broker fee for the transaction is met. Broker fees are based on a minimum agency commission of 2.5%. See minimum agent commission requirements on the Fee Schedule.
    1. How Do I Know What’s Required For My Transaction?
      Once you create a file on our transaction system, it will display the required documents based on the transaction type.
    1. How Do I Get Broker Support?
      Broker assistance is provided through our website, via e-mail at [email protected], or by phone 760-722-3222. We also have a broker hotline number found in your agent tools for after-hour assistance for issues that cannot wait until the next business day.
    1. Do you have offices in Northern California?
      The REeBroker Group corporate office is located in Southern California. However, we have many active agents working in Northern California. All of our agents work remotely as there is no requirement to come into the office. All real estate activity is reportable through the brokerage website and zoom meetings are available for any face-to-face conversations.

      1. Do You Provide Office Space Or A Conference Room?
        For our local agents, we provide a conference area that may be used during our normal office hours Monday - Friday 9am-4pm. The conference room is available by appointment only and the agent space is first-come, first-served. 
      1. Are My Clients Free To Use Any Lender, Title Company, Or Escrow Company For Their Transactions?
        Yes. We have a team of streamlined vendors (including Loan Origination) but they are free to use service providers of their choice. If your clients need a preapproval they can apply with the REeBroker Group Loan Division by completing this application.
      1. Do you accept part-time agents?
        Yes, we accept part-time and dual career agents.

        1. What About the Board Of REALTOR® Memberships And MLS Access?
          REeBroker Group is a member of the C.A.R., NAR, and many local boards. Each agent is required to obtain their REALTOR® status and their own MLS access. Please inquire with your local Board of REALTORS® about MLS access and/or membership costs, dues, and requirements. Click this link to view our current memberships.
        1. Do you provide Leads?
          Yes, REeBroker Group has an online lead generating program that agents can opt-in to. You can select up to 10 zip codes and 5 cities to receive leads as the brokerage office receives them. Please note: that these leads are not guaranteed as some zip codes and areas may have a larger volume than others. The REeBroker Group does have 18+ Master Agreements with varying companies that qualifying agents may sign up with to receive additional leads.
        1. Do we have online lead generation tutorials?
          Yes, the REeBroker Group has on-demand video training and live monthly webinars focused on training agents in all aspects of the real estate industry including Lead Generation.
